Drink a lot of water- You must drink at least 11/2 to 2 liters of water everyday to maintain your skin hydrated. It is always good if you take water during the course of day for healthier absorption.

Go with organic diet- Always keep in mind that what ever you eat will reflect on your skin. If you eat junk, oily foods your skin looks unhealthy and exhausted. Take lot of fruits and vegetables.

Moisturize your skin- Use moisturizers that are best suited for your skin and climate. Moisturizer helps in keeping our skin silky smooth and will make you feel healthier the whole day through. Use oil-free moisturizers if your skin is oily.

If your skin is dry- Don’t wash your face more than twice a day, if your skin is dry, sensitive and easily irritated.
